Registration Transfer and Changes

Do you want to transfer your registration to another runner? Or change your registration to a different race within the series or just the length of the course at the same event? Or maybe all of the above? No problem. You can now make all changes independently by logging into your SportID profile. Please note: you must always complete one change before you start another (the change button will be inactive until you complete the operation).

How to Make it?

In the My Registrations section, you will select the registration you wish to make changes to. Just click on Change Order.

You can either select a participant who features in your account as your relative or you can transfer the registration to a different runner. You just have to search for them using their username:

Choose the participant

When transferring the race to another person you can also change the length/race. You can also change the length and/or race for the original runner.
If you have also booked additional services with your race registration, you can transfer them to a different race or to another participant.

Choose the course or race

As part of the recapitulation, you can choose if you want to pay the processing fee by transfer or by card. (In the case of card payments, the changes will take effect immediately after the payment is successfully completed. In the case of wire transfer payments, they will not be effective until the money has been credited to our account, which may take several days.)

Pay the processing fee

The change will be visible in the account as soon as the money arrives in the system. You will then see the change in the registration transfer, plus the original registration in the “My registrations” section will change too. Here you can buy additional services or enter a team competition.

Check the change in your profile

* You can only make changes in registration of your own or your family. If you are making a registration for your friends using their usernames, you won´t be able to do so and they have to do it themselve using their SportID. New customer must create SportID account first, we are not able to transfer a race fee to a runner without an activated account.

Until Monday 3 weeks prior the event, the race transfer or the transfer between runners is subject to 100 Kč charge, the change of route is free. All changes after the Monday are 200 Kč, the change of route is 100 Kč

Změny registrací po tomto pondělí jsou zpoplatněny částkou 200 Kč, změna trasy částkou 100 Kč.

Once registrations are closed on Thursday prior the event, You won´t be able to transfer your race fee to different event. (transfer to different runner is still possible in person on a day of event)

If the cheaper fee is transfered to more expensive one, for example from 5km to 12K/22K, or if the price differs between price waves, you will be asked to cover the price difference together with handeling fee.
