Data Processing Principles

We are Raul, s.r.o., operating the sale of gift vouchers on the website behejlesy.cz.

For the provision of our services and the operation of our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

If you inquire about our services, we will work with your contact details, which you provide to us mainly through the inquiry form. These are: email, phone number, name, and surname.

    • We will contact you through them for further arrangement regarding our services.
    • On what legal basis?

This is processing based on Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR - negotiation of a contract, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

  • How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.

  1. Processing of Personal Data in Case of Purchase

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you provide us. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, email, phone number.

  • For what purpose?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract - provide you with services. We will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, potential complaints, or your inquiries through the contact details. We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints).

  • On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This is processing based on Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR - contract performance and Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR - compliance with our legal obligation.

  • How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of providing our service and then for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

  1. Who will access the data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other individuals work for us, who will have access to the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. These are:

  • operator of the sale of gift vouchers Běhej lesy (company RAUL, s.r.o., with registered office at Elišky Krásnohorské 5, Prague 1, ZIP code 11000, ID: 25608673; registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, sp.zn. C 54464 (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator").

We process personal data only within the European Union.

We do not have a designated Data Protection Officer in our company.

We do not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, ask us for access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing. You can request a copy of the processed personal data, ask us to delete personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to data portability. An objection may be raised against processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that data is not being handled correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or you can address your claims to court.
